Ramesh R Menon
Founder
The founder of our company brings a wealth of expertise and experience in the field of Electronics and Communication, holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the same. With a strong foundation laid during training sessions at Toshiba in Japan and KELTRON in Thiruvananthapuram, the founder has honed their skills through two years of hands-on experience in production, Online quality control, and Research & Development at Dhamodhar Electronics & Controls in Thiruvananthapuram.
Additionally, the founder has undergone specialized training in embedded system development and microcontroller system architectural design at ER&DCI in Thiruvananthapuram. They have further enriched their knowledge through application engineering design training by Philips-India and Motorola INC, USA, as well as Embedded system design training.
The entrepreneurial journey began with serving as the Technical Director and R&D Head at Pamba Electronics for an impressive 14 years. Subsequently, the founder assumed the role of CEO at Future Electronics System from 2003 to 2016, showcasing leadership and strategic vision. Currently, the journey continues as the Managing Director at Norris Electronics Pvt Ltd since 2016. With a remarkable blend of technical prowess, industry knowledge, and leadership acumen, the founder has played a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of the company’s success.

Team Norris is a manufacturing company powered by its own Research & development department that specialized in AI-based embedded IOT hardware. Moreover, application based software with cloud computing empowered with our cell phone Apps make us provide solutions for multiple kinds of challenges in the current market in a short time line.
Our systems hardware and software are indigenously developed. This made us economically more attractive and in the value-for-money category. The efficient after-sale service & punctual maintenance system of Team Norris lifted our strike rate in the market to 70% and above. As a part of inevitable growth, every quarter our strong System Architecture ‘PRODIGIOUS’ is embellished with the integration of futuristic hi-tech modules. This strengthens us to compete with any current rapidly growing technical challenges.
